Behavior and Respect

• Be kind, respectful, and inclusive.

• Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate behavior = immediate removal.

• No excessive negativity, fear-mongering, or personal attacks.

• This is a safe space — keep it supportive.

• Post only in the appropriate subgroup.

Promotions and Self-Promotion

• Unsolicited ads, services, or links are not allowed in the main group.

• Promotions are allowed only in relevant subgroups (e.g., rentals, events, services).

• Ideally, limit promotions to 1 per week. Exceptions may include:

  • New businesses launching in the city

  • Special limited-time offers or events

  • Promotions that directly benefit the community

• If unsure whether your post qualifies, ask a moderator first.

Community Access and Invite Guidelines

• To join, all members must fill out the registration form. There is no shareable link — invites are sent manually after verification.

• Do not attempt to bypass the registration process or gain access without approval.

• Members leaving and rejoining are allowed, but repeated attempts to circumvent rules or access restrictions will result in permanent removal.

• This community uses one set of rules across all subgroups — no need to learn different rules for each.

Yellow Card / Red Card System

To keep the community fair and safe:
🟡 Yellow Card = Warning for minor rule violations or posting in the wrong subgroup.
🔴 Red Card = Removal after repeated warnings or serious violations.

Additional Notes

• Moderators may delete posts that break rules or redirect members to the correct subgroup.

• Everyone is encouraged to participate, ask questions, and share useful information, while respecting the space and other members.

• Help us grow a strong community — invite people thoughtfully, share resources responsibly, and always follow the rules.
